Kitchen Manager/Executive Chef

Looking for a Culinary trained and experienced Chef who will be responsible for the smooth operation of the Kitchen and the daily preparation of meals from pre-determined menus, ensuring the food quality and presentation meets fine dining standards.
You will have primary input in menu creation, budget control and development of new ideas. You will provide instruction to the kitchen team and monitor kitchen service levels to ensure the meals reflect the desires, tastes and nutritional needs for the residents
Additional responsibilities include supervising the food prep and cooking, maintaining a fully-stocked kitchen inventory and complying with safety and cleanliness standards. To be successful in this role, you should be able to manage our kitchen staff and guide them to deliver quality food on time.
Must have comprehensive food handling safety certificate and two (2) years experience.
